Playing at jump spots and natural slides, the rule is to stay in the water. We then come to our first challenge where you find out why you’ve been wearing a harness. Our guides will show you everything you need to know to allow you to slide down the Prysor waterfall. Once at the edge, we abseil you down the main face and release you a few feet from the water’s surface. Shortly followed by a short swim to watch the rest of your friends conquer the same feat. Onwards to the Cauldron, a water-filled basin carved out through thousands of years of natural erosion. The first part is a huge slide into a deep pool, followed three jumps. Kicking off the action with an angel fall backwards into our first plunge pool. It’s then onwards navigating our way through wonderful rock formations. Playing at jump spots and natural slides, the rule is to stay in the water. We then come to our first challenge where you find out why you’ve been wearing a harness. Our guides will show you everything you need to know to allow you to slide down the Prysor waterfall. Once at the edge, we abseil you down the main face and release you a few feet from the water’s surface. Shortly followed by a short swim to watch the rest of your friends conquer the same feat. Onwards to the Cauldron, a water-filled basin carved out through thousands of years of natural erosion. The first part is a huge slide into a deep pool, followed three jumps. After conquering the small and medium there is an option to try the BIG ONE. This one will get you outside your comfort zone and get those adrenaline juices truly maxed out.

Kicking off the action with an angel fall backwards into our first plunge pool. It’s then onwards navigating our way through wonderful rock formations. Playing at jump spots and natural slides, the rule is to stay in the water. We then come to our first challenge where you find out why you’ve been wearing a harness. Our guides will show you everything you need to know to allow you to slide down the Prysor waterfall. Once at the edge, we abseil you down the main face and release you a few feet from the water’s surface. Shortly followed by a short swim to watch the rest of your friends conquer the same feat. Onwards to the Cauldron, a water-filled basin carved out through thousands of years of natural erosion. The first part is a huge slide into a deep pool, followed three jumps. After conquering the small and medium there is an option to try the BIG ONE. This one will get you outside your comfort zone and get those adrenaline juices truly maxed out.

Kicking off the action with an angel fall backwards into our first plunge pool. It’s then onwards navigating our way through wonderful rock formations. Playing at jump spots and natural slides, the rule is to stay in the water. We then come to our first challenge where you find out why you’ve been wearing a harness. Our guides will show you everything you need to know to allow you to slide down the Prysor waterfall. Once at the edge, we abseil you down the main face and release you a few feet from the water’s surface. Shortly followed by a short swim to watch the rest of your friends conquer the same feat. Onwards to the Cauldron, a water-filled basin carved out through thousands of years of natural erosion. The first part is a huge slide into a deep pool, followed three jumps. After conquering the small and medium there is an option to try the BIG ONE. This one will get you outside your comfort zone and get those adrenaline juices truly maxed out.

Long ago Tudor Cardiff faded into history, along with almost all of its buildings. Today, Cardiff is a bustling, modern city so it’s hard to believe that in the mid-1500s it was just a tiny port and market town on the River Taff. White Water River Bugs are a fantastic new exciting activity. Imagine rafting but on your own. Close to the water, you'll get a unique experience of the river. This is a truly unique experience that'll get your adrenaline flowing. You need an average level of fitness to fully appreciate this activity. You will be swimming on your "bug" either face first or sitting up using your legs for propulsion. We give you webbed gloves to aid steering and movement. You can guarantee you will have a good time in this session.

Fun for all ages, this taster of white water rafting is themed around using the raft to play in the rapids of the river Dee. Making the raft spin, wheelies, splashing and of course give give this this session a unique flavor of excitement.

With our high-end quality equipment and training, be assured you are in very capable hands. We will teach you paddling skills and show you how to negotiate your way down the river safely. With a few raft games and challenges along the way, this experience will not disappoint. Be ready to hold on tight as we bounce through the whitewater waves, surf holes, and maybe even introduce you to a raft flip or two, safely of course. Take a scenic walk with a picnic in the company of a pair of adorable Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys. This is a tiny group experience, where you meet, groom & hug the dinky donkeys before popping on their little panniers to carry your picnic along the scenic valley. The total experience lasts 2 hrs, and you will have ample chance to interact with these little guys. This is a small group activity that single people can book as a join-in session with up to 4 people, or groups of 4 upwards can book just for themselves as a private session. Whilst there is no upper limit of number of people in a group booking, please contact us for rates for over 4 people per session. We regret that dogs cannot accompany this walk as the donkeys can be aggressive towards them.
