Our Mountain Leader guide will deliver this true mountain day, 14km and 900m of ascent, to the summit of this world-renowned mountain by a lesser-known path. With Snowdon being popular its paths can become very crowded indeed. However, the path we will take for the ascent only ever has a handful of walkers and midweek we'll have it to ourselves! This is remarkable as Snowdon is quite rightly the most visited mountain peak in the UK. This allows our tour to the summit of Snowdon to be a relaxed event with a true flavour of isolation. The descent is 'off piste' and follows the escarpment edge, with, weather permitting, dramatic views straight down into the valley below and across to the slate town of Llanberis.

If anything, a bit of normality and even mud is encouraged! I keep things super casual and approachable for everyone. That's why my shoots are typically centred around a dog walk but if you don't have a dog, don't worry. The idea is we all go for a walk together and I run around getting those beautiful candid photos of your pets, your family and friends. Exactly where we go is flexible. There's an abundance of walks here in and around Betws, long and short, so I'm happy to discuss a route before we meet up. That said, I must insist, I am NOT a professional mountain guide, so please don't pitch the north face of Tryfan when you have zero equipment or experience in the hills.

Betws-y-Coed is Britain’s first artists’ colony, nestled at the entrance to Snowdonia National Park. On this self-guided walking tour, you’ll stroll down this village’s charming streets, riverside paths, and historic bridges to find out how this woodland paradise inspired generations of landscape painters. This is a 2 hour, instructor led by a qualified and experienced instructor. Paddle through a UNESCO World Heritage site, taking in the stunning Welsh countryside views! 307m long and 38m high, the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is the tallest aqueduct in the world. Perfect for couple, families, friend groups and anyone wanting to see the Dee Valley from a unique view point! Dogs welcome too! MINIMUM AGE 6+ Any under 18s, please let us know how old they are!

We start at the south end of the aqueduct and soon enough you are paddling across this famous feat of engineering which stands at an impressive 126ft above the Dee River. Although this style of canoeing is deemed a calm and peaceful session the look over the edge is a breathtaking sight, but with our staff on hand, there is nothing to worry about, especially with a safe footpath on the opposing side. After this it is then a breeze down the canal, learning and developing skills across the way with some games and challenges thrown in. Our endpoint is the Sun Trevor pub which is a great location for some good quality grub and a cold drink.
