The beach is easily accessible through a scenic walkway surrounded by greenery and a boardwalk. It is a lovely, clean, and picturesque beach, although it is not patrolled. Basic facilities like water and a composting toilet would have made it perfect. Ghosties beach boasts one of the largest beachside caves in NSW, which can only be accessed during low tide. To get there from Moonies Beach, continue walking through the sand and over the sand dunes. The reef structures provide natural shade, eliminating the need for a tent or beach umbrella.
