From there, we’ll head to my picturesque hometown of Mitla—surrounded by beautiful mountains and agave fields. Driven by a desire to share my culture and traditions with you, I’ll guide you through these majestic agave landscapes so you can learn more about the plants and discover why mezcal comes in such a wide variety of flavors. Afterward, we’ll visit our family distillery to see the production process step-by-step and witness the passion that goes into making it.
