Nuns Beach

The beach was fantastic and my dog had a great time running around.

The beach is lovely and conveniently located near town. It offers free parking, restroom facilities, and a public BBQ. Its proximity to the town's caravan park makes it a popular spot for tourists.

The beach offers a nice view and is great for fishing, but not ideal for spending time due to the strong smell of seaweed. Swimming is not recommended, but there is a high chance of catching large fish. There is ample parking and shower facilities available.

This beach is a picturesque place to visit along the way. There isn't much here, but it's definitely worth a stop. The parking is convenient, there are restrooms available, and there's a spot to grab lunch. It's worth noting that there are train tracks running through the park, likely a remnant from the past.

The beach has a very safe swimming area that is perfect for families with children, as well as a wide stretch of sand. It's just a short walk to the toilets. The views of Portland harbor and the shipping docks are fantastic, especially when watching the large bulk carrier ships and cruise liners coming and going.
