We start the day at Olivers Taranga vineyards where we get to taste wines in the beautiful cellar door next to the vines that the fruit is sourced from. Our 2nd visit is to the Iconic d’Arenberg Cube described as a winery built within a Rubik’s Cube Once we have finished exploring the five levels of the Cube, we sit down for a delicious 2-course lunch at the award winning d’Arry’s Verandah restaurant where our guests select their own dishes from the seasonal à la carte menu. After lunch we finish the day at Hugo* wines and sample an excellent range of their small batch varietals, at one of the prettiest Cellar Doors and surroundings in the region. *We can offer an excellent alternate winery if your private group prefers a range of alternate Italian varieties to include Whites, Rose and Reds. Cruise 16km to the prime growing oyster region, completely surrounded by crystal clear waters. Once we arrive you'll instantly discover the beauty & vastness of the world famous, Coffin Bay oyster farms. Now it's your opportunity to become fully immersed in the oyster farm & discover all of its beauty up close. After the wading experience we retreat to the boat to indulge in freshly shucked oysters that can be accompanied by a variety of local beverages available to purchase. While you sit back & relax, a veteran oyster farmer, will share with you the history of oyster farming including an update on the Angasi Reef Restoration Project in Coffin Bay. A project aims to rebuild angasi oyster reefs, using pacific oyster shells. Every shell from, every oyster you consume on the tour will be donated to the restoration efforts & will contribute to bringing these reefs back to life...! We then cruise to Brother's Island to sightsee view herds of seals in their natural habitat.
