Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse guided tours offer fascinating insight into the functions of a working lighthouse, the extraordinary maritime history of the Cape region and what life was like as a lightkeeper. An easy climb of just 59 steps, visitors to the tower balcony are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views. The Lightkeepers’ Museum, housed in one of the original lightkeepers’ cottages, is an immersive experience sharing the captivating stories of maritime history, shipwrecks, and the dedicated individuals who have protected our coastline since 1904. The accessible observation platform at the lighthouse’s base also offers sweeping ocean views and scenic photo opportunities.
