Following the Google Maps directions leads you straight to the beach entrance. A wide and good gravel road on a small stretch right before. There are a few spots on either side of the road where you can park right after the beach sign. Not as nice sand as the Mission Beach beach, but very hidden and idyllic looking! Worth a stop if you have a car and extra time in Mission Beach.
Off the beaten track from Bingil, Garners, Mission Beaches but stunning. Be advised beach is used for dog walkers clearly flouting the ‘Dogs Must be on Leash’ signs.
As far as peace and quiet on the East coast goes, this is right up there.
Pristine beach, rainforest, rest.
Obviously in croc country and all kinds of jellyfish, so swimming is at your own discretion…
