After a visit to Hunawihr and a photo stop in front of its famous fountain, you will go to a local winemaker to taste traditional Alsatian wines. Take advantage of the lunch break in the village of Riquewihr, one of the best known in the region, in particular for its privileged location, in the heart of the vineyard. The visits will continue through two villages also famous for their historical character: Kaysersberg and Eguisheim. Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for all ages. Our estate is farmed organically.
