I was staying there for a wedding and the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and ready for me upon arrival. The location is amazing and the weather was great. The views from my room were ocean view and that was spectacular. It did not take me long to figure out the layout of the resort as I walked around and enjoyed this beautiful beach front resort.

Absolute bliss! The room was beautiful and had so many nice little touches. Awesome gift bag with flip-flops , sunglasses, and more. Bed was super comfy and everything was very clean. We had a lovely, large patio with a double sun bed and a table for four. We spent time at the beach and pool and never felt crowded. You can't swim in the ocean from here but the views were great. Food at Tides was good. Poolside service was good. So many amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. We used the free golf cart service to go to restaurants off property. We saw couples and families of all ages. Would absolutely recommend and return.

We arrived on a Sunday to find the office closed, as it shuts at 11 on Sundays. Although the key was left for us, there were no towels provided for the pool or beach. The room felt outdated, and we even found a Cliff bar on the floor, which raised concerns about the quality of housekeeping. Despite calling the hotel's phone number multiple times and leaving messages, we received no response, not even the following day. When we finally spoke to someone at the office, they mentioned an emergency number posted on their door. Perhaps it would be more helpful to include this number in the rooms or on the website where guests are more likely to see it? Additionally, a very loud and large family was staying there, monopolizing the beach area both day and night. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

En azından biz bulamadık ... daha çok köprü yürüyüşü yaparak doğa yürüyüşü yapabileceğiniz ve bazı pavilyon tarzı kulübeler bulabileceğiniz bir yer. Güzel manzaralar ama plaj teması yok.
