After a short boat trip to the reef certified scuba divers will have the opportunity to dive at two sites, with a short break between dives to grab some water and a snack, then jump back in for your second dive. Our new Newton Dive Special boat features an extra long ladder which makes getting out of the water easy. It also features an on-board restroom, plus two hot water showers. Seeing the Florida Keys on an e-bike is VIP style type of experience. We recommend the paved trail on the side of US-1 spanning from MM110 to MM94 for Key Largo, ocean side. It's safe and you will share with walkers/runners. You can also ride on a few sections of paved trail on the bay side, but it's not available everywhere in Key Largo. Getting into Tavernier: Just like in Key Largo, continue riding the paved trail on the side of US-1 spanning from MM94 to MM89, ocean side. It's safe and you will share with walker/runners. This is a great way to explore the open waters of the Bays in Key Largo, and see wildlife. Also to be able to let free and have some fun. The bay waters are usually calmer and a better ride than the ocean. We also are watching weather too so if it looks like it will be to choppy we can alternate our routes or schedule another time. Please understand the Christ of the Deep reef is a much deeper reef so if weather conditions don't allow us to visit the reef we have a back up plan of visiting nearby grecian rocks coral reef which is very shallow and protected. The last thing we want to do is travel 30 minutes all the way out to the Christ reef and have to turn around and head back to the dock with no experience at all because the current is too strong. Grecian Rock reefs is also an amazing reef flourishing with tropical fish and interesting coral. Visiting the Statue is the #1 objective if possible.

This is a great way to explore the open waters of the Bays in Key Largo, and see wildlife. Also to be able to let free and have some fun. The bay waters are usually calmer and a better ride than the ocean. We also are watching weather too so if it looks like it will be to choppy we can alternate our routes or schedule another time. You will see the giant Christ Statue as well as hundreds of colorful tropical fish and large coral heads. Please understand the Christ of the Deep reef is a much deeper reef so if weather conditions don't allow us to visit the reef we have a back up plan of visiting nearby grecian rocks coral reef which is very shallow and protected. The last thing we want to do is travel 30 minutes all the way out to the Christ reef and have to turn around and head back to the dock with no experience at all because the current is too strong. Grecian Rock reefs is also an amazing reef flourishing with tropical fish and interesting coral. Visiting the Statue is the #1 objective if possible.
