Our stay at the Banyan House in The Moorings Village, Islamorada, was an unforgettable retreat. The 3-bedroom villa marries elegance and comfort, offering a spacious, well-appointed living area and kitchen. The bedrooms are tranquil with plush beds, and the master suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The villa's porch is a standout, perfect for admiring sea views and stunning Islamorada sunsets. The private beach, a stone's throw away, offers pristine sands and a peaceful ambiance. The overall property is beautifully maintained, with an inviting pool and lush, fragrant landscapes that are a joy to explore. Centrally located in Islamorada, we were close to local eateries, boutiques, and attractions like the Theater of the Sea. The staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, were courteous and dedicated, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The Banyan House is more than a vacation spot - it's a luxurious, tranquil experience that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended

We arrived late on Friday night and stayed for just two nights. It was my first visit to the Keys, and I was unsure if the location would be ideal, but it turned out to be fantastic. On Saturday, we explored Key West and other spots along the way (we saw key deer and flamingos). The drive took about two hours each way. On Sunday morning, we took our time to enjoy our stay. We had the corner unit 301 and slept with the windows open, listening to the sound of the ocean. I was initially concerned about the shared deck, but it was quite peaceful and quiet. After checking out, we drove into the Everglades before heading to our next hotel in Hollywood. Just a heads-up, it can get a bit windy, and the Keys aren't particularly known for their beaches.
