This is a one hour session where every participant has their own set of equipment throughout. There will be a maximum of 8 people taking part at a time (typically several smaller groups mixed together) and an experienced instructor will be with the group throughout. The session starts with lots of practice rounds (each round involves firing 3 arrows at the target) to ensure everyone is familiar with the equipment and techniques.
