My grandfather after the 2nd world war was one of the first truffle hunters, he taught my father all the secrets about the precious "ipogean fungus" then my father taught it to me. We will visit the Langhe, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. A few kilometers away from Alba, we will travel along little-traveled routes, on dirt and asphalt roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so that you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region. The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 640 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The dirt route is of intermediate level and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty in tackling the parts on dirt road, the guide will show you how to do it safely, or he will change the route to asphalt to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

Your culinary adventure begins in a traditional local market, surrounded by the stunning hills of the Langhe, where I’ll guide you through the art of selecting the finest seasonal ingredients—from vibrant vegetables to regional specialties—just like a true Italian chef. You’ll learn how to spot quality, understand what makes each product unique, and why these choices matter in authentic Italian cooking. Back in the kitchen, we’ll prepare classic dishes together. I’ll share tips, techniques, and stories from my 13+ years as a professional chef. This isn’t just a cooking class—it’s a full immersion into the flavors, traditions, and soul of one of Italy’s most treasured food and wine regions.

The hiking tour starting in Alba, the Langhe capital, passes through the hills around the town providing walkers with a vantage point to enjoy a panorama overlooking the surrounding hills and valleys. Wine assumes a unique importance in this region. The Piedmont vineyard landscape is undoubtedly one of the most harmonious and most consistent with the ideal of a “scenic” rural and vineyard landscape, accentuated by the gently rolling hills that provide many vistas and panoramas with subtle nuances. In the middle of walking, just on the top of the hill, the winery waits you for a delicious wine tasting with small bites of traditional local products. This tour is indicated for tourists that arrive in Alba by pubblic transportation especially and without a car. This tour is recommended for people in good shape, used to walk uphill. Departing from Alba, we will travel on board our 75/80km Vespa between Barolo and Barbaresco and you will have a Pro Guide who will explain you what surrounds you so that you can better appreciate this beautiful wine region. We will discover the main natural resources of the Langhe and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. - We will pass among the most famous villages of the Langhe, famous for their great wines; - We will stop in location with spectacular views - There will be the opportunity to stop at wine bars and wine bars to taste (in moderation) a glass of Nebbiolo!!! The tour is private, so there will only be your group together with the Guide, so we will shape the length of the route as best as possible according to your needs.
