During the initial briefing, you will be shown the behaviors to be followed for personal safety and for respect for the coast, biodiversity and other people. The return to the base will be on foot. To carry out this activity it is necessary to be a good swimmer, have a good physical and psychological shape and be used to doing outdoor activities (e.g. trekking). Back on the boat, we will navigate to Punta Mesco across the most north-western point of Cinque Terre National Park.
