Step into a welcoming cooking class in Bologna city center and experience the true flavors of Italy through homemade lasagna, fresh gelato and a traditional Italian aperitivo. More than just a class, this is a chance to cook, taste and connect around the table while discovering the recipes and traditions that make Bologna Italy’s food capital. You’ll prepare authentic green pasta from scratch using fresh spinach, just like in a Bolognese kitchen. You will learn how to roll the pasta by hand with a rolling pin and create your own homemade lasagna, layering it with creamy béchamel sauce and rich slow-cooked ragù. You’ll also discover the art of authentic Italian gelato, preparing fresh artisanal gelato and tasting different homemade flavors created during the class. Before sitting down to enjoy everything you’ve made, we’ll start with a relaxed Italian aperitivo featuring local wine and regional specialties, the perfect way to share the experience in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
