I will introduce you to the basic of creating mosaics using all natural crystalline marble and granite pebbles collected from the local beaches of Naxos just as the Ancient used to. Design inspiration may come from archaic motifs. Work from our samples or bring your own ideas. Alternatively learn hand carving of marble and sculpture techniques. I will provide a worktable, a block of Naxos white marble for practice, a small stone for a relief carving, safety glasses, hand tools, hammer, files, sandpaper. Enjoy fresh lemonade, coffee or tea, and sample of the fresh fruits from the garden. Everyone takes their finished relief carving or mosaic with them.

We’ll begin our journey at the magnificent Temple of Demeter, one of Naxos’ most iconic ancient sites. Next, we’ll stop at a traditional pottery workshop to admire local artisans at work and learn about Naxos’ rich pottery tradition. We collect and dry oregano and other herbs and we produce and use only our own olive oil. Most of the things you taste, if not everything, are locally sourced. Savor the journey with us!

Rina's Cave and Koufonisia are the perfect destinations for swimming , fun and relax! We ll sail along Naxos West coast and in approx 1,5h we ll reach Rina 's Cave. We ll stop there for 1 hour where you can swim in the cave ,dive from above if you are adventurous enough,step at the nearby pebble beach with the unique water spring is located.It s a magnificent place approachable only by sea! Next stop will be Kato Koufonisi and we ll have a splendid bbq lunch break wih a variety of delicacies ,home made by local naxian products and plenty of options for vegeterians/vegans accompanied with local wine, water and soft drinks. Next stop will be Ano Koufonissi for a 2hour stop,where you ll be free on your own to stroll in the village,swim at the nearby beaches or get at low cost a sea taxi to take you for a brief visit to other beaches. We 'll depart at approx 17.15 and we ll be back at Agia Anna s port at 19:00

We will taste naxian wine, raki and Naxos variety of cheese! We will cook together with our grandmother naxian recipes from the products that we have collected before!
