Our cooking class will make the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie by opening your phyllo pastry (Spinach pie). We will make two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. Our cooking class will make the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie by opening your phyllo pastry (Spinach pie). We will make two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. In addition to making homemade pies, we will prepare Greek island-inspired salad with cherry tomatoes aromatized with aged local vinegar and Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce. Our kitchen is a few steps from Monastiraki square in the funky neighborhood of Psirri. I'll wait for you there, on the rooftop terrace with Acropolis views. We'll start preparations and chat to break the ice and talk about Greek and Mediterranean cuisine; then, I'll show you the ingredients we'll need. Then the cooking class can begin! When we are finished, we will cook, eat, and savor our food together with amazing views of the Acropolis monuments and Parthenon temple lit at night and the vivid center of Athens overlooking the dome of Aghios Dimitrios church. As the tour begins from our stables, riding along a hidden out of the way path, will be leading to the black sand beach of Monolithos. Continuing riding along on the secluded beach, unobstructed sea views, blue waters and white cliffs will accompany you throughout the way. Evergreen vineyards that are meticulously weaved in a basket like form will surround you as you approach the tranquil plain. Riding back through the volcanic ravines, and passing through natural caves, there will be a shortstop for picture taking at a small picturesque traditional church. As we make our way back with our horse and wonderful memories, we finish off at the stables enjoying a glass of homemade wine surrounded by aromatic citrus trees. By visiting our farm, you will have the opportunity to meet with Vangelis, the owner of the animals who has combined his passion and love of nature and horses bringing about this establishment. You will be pleasantly surprised to explore his farm and try his homemade wine.

During our Evening Food Tour, you'll feel the real pulse of the city and see how Athens transforms at night! You'll stroll around the center of the city exploring authentic eateries and hidden gems under the guidance of a local food expert.
