The DARSSBAHN, a so-called little train, takes you on a tour of Stralsund. It starts at the ferry bridge at the fish market, in front of the harbor island, and takes about 45 minutes. Marvel at over 500 listed gabled houses, numerous churches and monasteries, and the maritime side of Stralsund, with the many small canals, sailing boats, and fishing boats around the harbor island. After the train starts, it heads towards the Hansa-Gymnasium, past the oldest harbor bar in Europe, straight into the narrow streets of the old town, past the Scheelehof, in Külpstraße you can take a look at the historic town hall facade, then past the ponds, city fortifications, and ramparts towards the Neuer Markt. The DARSSBAHN, a so-called little train, takes you on a tour of Stralsund. It starts at the ferry bridge at the fish market, in front of the harbor island, and takes about 45 minutes.
