We have installed bird boxes and bats that allow the development of biodiversity. And more than anything I want to share my Provencal culture in everything I care about: gastronomy, the cultural and historical heritage linked to local agriculture, its impact on landscapes, etc.

We'll cook together recipes that have been passed down through generations of my Provençal family. My mother, my grandmothers, and also my father and grandfathers each had their favorite ones. It's a simple, hearty cuisine based on quality seasonal and local products from producers who have often become friends. As a farmer, I grow almonds and Provençal herbs (rosemary, thyme, savory, and oregano), and we'll use my almonds and pick the Provençal herbs for the preparation. Remember that a small boat does not have a table - it not picknick boat. Our small boat still accommodates a maximum of 4 passengers , but we also have new boats, larger, more luxurious, more stable and spacious, great audio system - ones that accommodate 8 passengers.
