DESCRPTION LIVING FISHING This tour has a duration of 4 to 5 hours, your departure is Prior Coordination with Reception. It consists of pick up at the hotel where you are and then head to the office to try the snorkeling equipment, then go to the port to take the boat and sail for 20 minutes to the turtle islet where you will appreciate the flora and fauna of the islet since it has a formation volcanic type that will allow us to observe animals such as: frigates with the red chest, nazca boobies, blue footed boobies, seagulls, etc. After this visit we carry out the Experiential fishing with trawling fishing rod where we can catch weights: albacore, guaju, sierra, cod. After all this fishing activity we snorkel for a period of one hour and a half with two dives with a totally crystalline water that will help us to preserve marine species such as: shark shark, hammerhead shark, colored weights, sea turtles, lightning, corals and starfish etc.

The pick-up will be at 6.15am and we will take you to the Itabaca Canal to board the yacht. The trip to Bartolomé will last approximately 2.5 hours. Bartolomé has the most beautiful and photographed landscapes of the archipelago. The path is made of wood and you will have to climb to the top of this inactive volcano. From there, you will be surprised with this spectacular landscape and, after reaching the top of the wooden stairs, you will feel that it has been worthwhile. The main attraction of the island is the Pinnacle Rock. It is a great lava formation that time has been eroding. Bartolomé has two beautiful half-moon beaches with golden sands that invite you to sunbathe or snorkel around the lava formations. Do not be surprised if you discover Galapagos penguins or sea turtles swimming in the shallows.

The Day Tour to South Plaza Island departs from Itabaca Canal, the sailing is about one hour and forty five minutes, this island is located to the East of Santa Cruz Island. First you will visit Punta Carrión, where snorkel take place, which is just five minutes away from pier of Itabaca Canal, here you may spot white tip sharks, variety of fishes, sea turtles, rays, Galapagos sharks and many other marine wildlife. In South Plaza Island, which is partner of North Plaza Island, both create a turquoise water canal that contrast with the red natural carpet (sesuvium) and cactus that the island have as breathtaking landscape; here you you will be greeted by sea lions, and expect to spot land iguanas, marine iguanas, sea lions, Galapagos lizard and finches, also variety of sea birds fishing and flying really close to the cliff of this island like swallow-tailed gull, pelicans and Nazca boobies.

The pick-up will be at 6.15am and we will take you to the Itabaca Canal to board the yacht. The trip to Bartolomé will last approximately 2.5 hours. Bartolomé has the most beautiful and photographed landscapes of the archipelago. The path is made of wood and you will have to climb to the top of this inactive volcano. From there, you will be surprised with this spectacular landscape and, after reaching the top of the wooden stairs, you will feel that it has been worthwhile. The main attraction of the island is the Pinnacle Rock. It is a great lava formation that time has been eroding. Bartolomé has two beautiful half-moon beaches with golden sands that invite you to sunbathe or snorkel around the lava formations. Do not be surprised if you discover Galapagos penguins or sea turtles swimming in the shallows.

The Day Tour to Bartholomew Island departs from Itabaca Canal, the sailing is about two hours, this island is located North West of Santa Cruz Island. Bartholomew has the most beautiful and photographed landscapes of the archipelago with the iconic pinnacle rock. The trail is made of wood and all the way to the summit of this extinct volcano for you to admire the landscape and get amazed and you will feel that all those stairs was worth it. The snorkel will take place in Sullivan Bay which is bay located in Santiago Island just five minutes away from Bartholomew Island; here you may expect to spot the Galapagos penguins, sea turtles, white tip sharks, rays and more marine wildlife swimming in shallow waters.

The Day Tour to North Seymour Island departs from Itabaca Canal, the sailing is about one hour, this island is located to the North of Santa Cruz Island. In this wonderful island you will be welcomed by sea lions in the dock and rocks, the landscape of the island is contrasted by Palo Santo (incense stick) forest and red-colored soil; here you may expect to spot blue footed boobies nesting (or making their courtship dancing, depending of the season), swallowed tail gull sitting in the cliffs and admire large number of frigate birds in their nests. The snorkel will take place in Las Bachas Beach which is located in Santa Cruz Island, you may spot sharks, variety of fishes and maybe flamingos in the beach lagoon. Sometimes, if the ocean conditions permit, and the guide and captain allows it, the snorkel place can take place in North Seymour Island shores and canal.

Andres (the owner) will meet you at your hotel, if your hotel is close to the market we will walk there, if not we will take my comfy SUV. Andres will first take you for a tour in the traditional Central Market and surroundings to hunt for fresh local products that you will use during your cooking class. Then you will head to the restaurant which is located in a beautiful Colonial house in the heart of Old Town Quito. During this tour, you will experience life as a local and will learn how to make 3 traditional dishes, which you can replicate back home.
