I will have a cooler with ice and you are welcome to bring your own beverages along. This tour follows along the river and requires climbing up some muddy river banks and descending stairs. *The Fall Foliage Tour runs from October 3rd to 31st* Join a small group of like-minded individuals for a jeep ride on America's most famous roadway. This tour takes you on the most iconic stretch of the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway, where you will enjoy endless views from your seat in our custom jeep. Your local guide will share stories about Pisgah National Forest, its rich history, and unique biodiversity, and we will stop at our favorite overlooks with the best vistas and great picture spots, guaranteed to make your friends and family jealous! We will take you up to 5,500 feet above sea level, through dense forest, and miles and miles of views. Important: Mountain weather is extremely unpredictable. Rain is very normal in these mountains. The excursion will take you through beautiful mountain scenery on the way to visit three impressive waterfalls and two protected forests as well as a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway (weather permitting) to discover the amazing views surrounding this iconic road that connects two National Parks.
