Lovely to see how much care they take looking after the wildlife here. Great for dog walking just make sure to keep your dogs out of the toad ponds and other fenced off areas and try to stop them from eating seaweed as it makes them ill (our dog is lacking in the brains department unfortunately) and can cause them to be sick.
What a gem to have found, the walk is great and take your dog there was plenty of four legged friends there. The scenery looks untouched and the walk through the wildflowers was so peaceful.
Very pretty cove with lovely sand & sand dunes & lots of shells to collect. Shallow water when tide was in. Lots of birds paddling in the water. Great beach for dogs too with a fresh water stream running to the sea. Car park to pay for.
Amazing beach, very quiet. Carpark is small but fair prices which can be done on your phone (paybyphone.co.uk) which if the machine doesn't work is something you will end up doing.
Its not the sort of beach that has loads of people on towels everywhere, it is very popular with local dogwalkers.
Great for walking and checking out the mountains and a bit of rock climbing if your into that (which kids will enjoy doing).
Highly recommended (found out about it last year), and came back again this year.
