Canterbury Walks is led by a local historian with years of professional guiding experience giving every guest the perfect blend of academic knowledge and genuine local passion. You will be taught by a multi-award winning Chef who specialises in Indian/European fusion. Where possible you will be using fresh seasonal produce. You will discover the stories behind each dish you make and it's origins. The techniques you will learn are repeatable at home as no specialist equipment is needed. You will be given the printed recipes to take away with you. There are alternative cooking classes should you require a vegetarian or vegan option.
