Avantgarde hotel beach

Wow, what a wonderful and handsome hotel. It is a hotel 😅of comfort, ♥️relaxation, generosity and attention. It is very beautiful and wonderful. You feel comfortable and serenity in it from the time you put your bags until you leave. I thank the reception, the administrative staff and the cleaning staff, especially (Shaheen), who is helpful and polite.

I want to Beginning from the reception service they are very helpful and welcoming having a great staff. I would especially like to thank: *Jihane Ahmid* she’s hospitality experience manager We had a lovely stay at this hotel for a few nights. We’re very happy to choose this hotel for our vacation and to meet someone like Jihane :) she’s lovely, friendly, helped and guided us and we will not forget who they celebrities of our friends birthday they bring a cake and some juice at 12:00 exact 🥹💕💕💕💕 Even when you on the beach everyone around you and ready to help with a big hearts 👍🏻💕💕💕 All the staff is friendly especially *Azime* very friendly, We will stay at this hotel next time. Highly recommended. Until next time amazing place and city 👍🏻

Great location & service. Room can be a bit better (was dark). Beach is great. Every body was helpful a lot. Kid friendly.

It’s a beautiful hotel and location. Right on the beach, white sand, great kids club and pool. King suite is perfect for families. The interconnecting door is very thin however so you can hear a lot of noise and distract sleeping young families. (Which we did, sorry suite 4) 😂 The service was a let down for a big part. The servers by the beach were great it was more management and overall willingness to help. Definitely not Turkish hospitality we are use to, especially if you are paying 5 star pricing. Pizzas and burgers great, really delicious. Great music playing all day also. Well done to the DJ. Breakfast is also really good and we were late so they were accommodating to let us still eat. The signature dish tempura prawn was very over cooked and not nice. They may have just been having a bad day in the kitchen or it was left to long. Glasses left pool side all day. Coasters aren’t put down for drinks and two of our drinks slid off the beach table to the sand which had to be replaced. We are conscious the staff may have been tired after bayram and it is stressful times. We are having a wonderful holiday though. I’m hoping this feed back will help the growth of the business Avantgarde and their staff.
