The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. The service was subpar and the room was not well-maintained during the off season. The restaurant had limited options and attempted to overcharge us €45 for 5 small scoops of ice cream. Be sure to carefully review your bill, as this seems to be a common occurrence, indicating a potential scam targeting guests during the off season. This is not a property that lives up to the usual high standards of the Kempinski brand.

Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay has some of the clearest waters in Bodrum and covers a large area. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, are well-trained, helpful, and polite. However, the front desk could be a bit more welcoming. The hotel's atmosphere is quite subdued; with lights off during the day, it becomes eerily dark and quiet at night. The lack of music or lively activities can make it feel dull, especially around the pool and restaurant areas. It appears that the hotel is trying to save money, as there are few staff members and limited activities. If you're looking for a peaceful swim, it's perfect. But if you want a lively atmosphere, this may not be the place for you. The beach is truly stunning, and the food, although a bit expensive, is of good quality. However, the rooms feel outdated, and we even found a spider in ours.

This hotel is situated in a stunning location and offers top-notch service. The staff at Kempinski go above and beyond to maintain their high standards. I had an amazing 7-day vacation, relaxing by the incredible pool and enjoying the beautiful beach. The food at all the restaurants was exceptional. I can't wait to come back.

The view at this beach is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sight of the beach and ships in the bay from your balcony is an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Mr. Youns at reception and Helen in the buffet, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a perfect place.

The hotel in Barbaros Bay is absolutely stunning! The service provided by the hotel staff is top-notch, with a keen attention to detail and excellent customer service. The private beach at Barbaros Bay is pristine and the water is crystal clear. Despite visiting in August, which is peak season, the hotel was not overcrowded like other places. Finding a spot at the restaurant or on the beach was easy. The kids club offers a variety of activities for the little ones, such as yoga and pizza making, ensuring they have a great time. The breakfast spread was always delicious, featuring fresh fruits and pastries. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views, comfortable beds, and pillows. I highly recommend a visit to this place, you won't be disappointed!
