The participant makes the reservation in advance and goes to the place, which is easily accessible, paved and safe, patrolled by the Municipal Guard and Military Police. Upon arrival, the instructor puts on our safety equipment and leads you along a 10-minute trail in the Atlantic forest to the top of the 30-meter high rock, which is in front of the beach, providing a privileged view of the sea, the islands and the entire edge of the city.
