El Palmar is a beautiful waterfall close to El Valle, where the travellers can relax, enjoy the rich flora and fauna of the area. There is an option to swim in the river and a small/medium cliff jump. The hike to the waterfall is not to difficult and goes through a very nice forest.

You’ll also have free time to grab a snack, coffee, or a small pastry. Next, we visit the Amador Causeway, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Bay of Panama and have the chance to take photos with the iconic Panama City sign, as well as admire the exterior of the Biomuseo.
