Pick some cherries from the trees (November through January) - Process the cherries. - Feel and test some beans to check moisture content. - Try out our pilon and see how heavy the stick actually is. - Roast your own coffee to take home! You’ll also have free time to grab a snack, coffee, or a small pastry.
