I really enjoy this small beach! The people are very friendly and there is a great taco place right across the street. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are nice, the showers are warm, and it's just a short walk to the beach. The shared kitchen area is also a great spot to relax and socialize.

After a challenging day of riding trails, I stumbled upon a lovely room at Scorpion Bay. The owners were incredibly friendly, and the bathroom featured stunning tile work. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Just across the street, there was a fantastic taco shop run by a lady.

We had a fantastic time at the Capitals! We booked 3 rooms for a 2-night stay. The kitchen was excellent and Niko and his family, the hosts, were incredibly helpful. This was our second visit and we definitely plan on returning. The Baileys.

San Juanico, also known as Scorpion Bay, is a remote and rustic surfers' paradise. The streets are unpaved, and essentials like drinking water and gasoline are sold from barrels. Despite its simplicity, the area is growing in popularity. The locals are friendly, and there are a few laid-back Anglo beachgoers to meet. WiFi is limited, but there is an abundance of fresh seafood caught locally, and the waves are perfect for surfing. Casitas is one of the few rental homes available, with four or five bedrooms depending on your group size. The spacious backyard was perfect for camping with the kids. The house has three floors, including a second-floor deck with stunning views of the waves and the wide stretch of beaches. We would definitely stay here again. The owner is a great guy who understands that visitors come for the surf and sun.
