Sgreva is a small but historical Winery. Since 1960 we produce wine in Sirmione, on the South Coast of the Garda Lake. With us you will learn the ancient art of dough and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will learn how to make timeless typical recipes. We will teach you how to roll out the dough through the use of the hand sheeter for an exceptional pastry. We’ll also reveal the secrets to a perfect pasta dish with sauce. We will close the course with an Italian classic made together, Tiramisù. Together we will make the creams and assemble the dessert from scratch. What you will make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto. Enter our house, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to impress your guests!

This unforgettable culinary experience is held on a Tuscan estate just outside the city. Learn the secret to authentic pizza or pasta and gelato and indulge in a 3-course feast accompanied by wine and beer.

Learn to make fresh pasta, like the grandmothers made them in Italy. We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step. We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited The cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome.
