At the extreme point of the promontory awaits us the Sanctuary of the Split Mountain. On the opposite side of the beach of Serapo from the promontory of the Sanctuary, a sort of islet-rock is clearly visible, renamed by the locals "the ship". The nickname comes from the fact that the rock as a whole recalls the shape of a boat. Arrived in Sperlonga We will admire the medieval towers dating back to 1500 and the wonderful natural caves of limestone formation: the caves of Bazzano, Caves of Capovento and the most suggestive, the "Blue Grotto". Immerse yourself in its crystal clear waters! We will continue along the ancient Via Flacca (187a.C.) and The Cave of Tiberius before returning to Gaeta.

Unforgettable will be the glimpse of the cliffs, more than 50 meters high, which drop sheer to the sea and of the natural caves, including the imposing Grotta del Turco After the Serapo Beach, there is a small islet, its narrow and long shape resembles a ship, which is why it is called "Nave di Serapo".
