In this activity you can enjoy the mangroves of Tortuguero National Park. The activity starts very early in the morning where you can have a small snack consisting of coffee or tea, cookies and fruit before leaving. In this activity it is very common to see animals such as alligators, iguanas, birds, white-faced monkeys and howlers and some mammals, so you have to be very attentive to the sounds and small details of the environment.

Parque Nacional Cahuita has the largest system of Coral Reefs in Costa Rica, including 6 species of coral, a wide range of colorful tropical fishes and the occasional encounter of a harmless reef shark or sting ray. This beach has a horse shoe shape, with the entrance of the park at one end and beautiful Punta Cahuita at the other end. We start with a scenic 20 minutes boat ride to have two snorkeling sessions. Then we get drop off at the Punta to enjoy a nicely presented fruit and snacks break at the beach followed by a 1.5 hour/3.5 kms guided hike in this wonderful coastal forest : monkeys, sloths, birds, iguanas and other interesting encounters are common and complemented with great info from your guide. We will then have breakfast and drive to the Sloth Sanctuary where you will learn about them, their lives, nutrition and anatomy. In addition, a canoe tour through the channels of the Sanctuary where you will see the beautiful nature and animals. An unforgettable experience!
Once we set sail you will enjoy a sailing and motorized navigation for an hour and fifteen minutes and you will enjoy full comfort since this boat has seats with cushions both in the shade and in the sun. The first place we visit is between bomb land and the industrial zone, later we go out to the open sea through the fort san fernando until we reach isla grande where we stop at a coral reef where you can practice snorkeling. we continue to caribaru island where we make the second stop on a totally white beach . We continue navigating through Caño Ratón and pass by Isla Pajaro. At the end of the tour we return to the back of Tierra Bomba where we will take a panoramic view of the Bocagrande area where the tallest buildings on the Colombian coast are located until we enter again. to the bay of Cartagena where we conclude the activity at the La Bodeguita pier.

Engage in the age-old tradition of chocolate making, guided by the Bribri people themselves. You'll be able to walk through their huge property in a primary forest and learn about edible and medicinal plants. Our shuttle will pick you up at your hotel in Puerto Viejo/Cahuita and drop you off at the airport or your hotel in San José. This trip usually takes about 5 hours depending on traffic conditions and drop off location. We are the fastest, easiest and most comfortable way to explore Costa Rica
This is a unique tour that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the humid tropical forest like never before. Once we arrive at the Cahuita National Park, our guide will be in charge of showing you all the beauties within the park. We will walk for approximately 2 hours in search of wild animals. Once this time was over, we headed to the Bribri community to share the experience of making chocolate in a traditional way. We will arrive at a local family, where we will share for about 2 hours about the history, the way of life, the language and we will also have the opportunity to make 100% organic chocolate in a traditional way. To finish, we will enjoy a delicious traditional lunch prepared with local ingredients. Then we go to the waterfall where we will walk for approximately 10 minutes until we reach the waterfall where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and to finish we will have a delicious tropical snack.
