“We will leave Puerto Viejo at 7:45 a.m. and drive for about 30 minutes to the Bribri Indigenous Reserve. There, we’ll meet an Indigenous family who will share their culture, traditions, and ancestral knowledge of medicinal plants. Participants will explore a permaculture garden, taste fresh cacao fruit, and take part in the process of making traditional chocolate. In most cases, your guide will be a native Bribri guide from the Duriwak Bribri clan. On the way back, we’ll stop at a beautiful waterfall in the mountains of Talamanca, where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the natural pool beneath the falls. During this tour, you will get to experience some of Limon's main activities in one day. You will visit a local rainforest from a unique point of view: the Tortuguero Canals! On this tour you will witness a great diversity of wildlife from our boat (monkeys, aquatic birds, iguanas, basilisks, and maybe sloths). Remember, this is Nature! Sometimes spotting animals may depend on weather conditions and tidal hours. Then we will visit an organic farm with a small banana plantation; we'll see several types of exotic fruit trees, immersed in tropical nature, and learn about the Caribbean culture, taking a sightseeing tour around Limon town. At the end of the tour, there is an optional visit to Playa Bonita beach, where you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze and the amazing lusciousness of Costa Rican nature while embracing the local culture and living the pura vida lifestyle powered by Calypso music.

On this tour, you will put aside your worries, you will relax and enjoy the immensity of the very humid tropical forest of Costa Rica. Some important aspects to take into account: Canoes are small boats. Maximum 8 people per canoe (typical canoe with paddles). It is worth mentioning that it is not necessary to row if you wish, the guide will do it. We offer 3 different schedules to make the tour, however, we recommend doing the 6:00 am, since at this time the animals are more active and the temperature is the best. If you carry your camera, do not forget to take something to protect it against water, since the weather conditions are quite unpredictable and it can rain at any time.

Night Tour (November to June) or Turtle Spawning (July to October): Duration 2 hours With the help of the best certified guides, we will be able to walk in the forest during the night, and observe the animals that interact in the dark. 3. Tour viewpoint: Duration 2 hours It is a small dormant volcano that formed approximately 1.8 billion years ago, has an altitude of 119 meters. On this tour, we will reach the highest point of the Caribbean coast, where we will enjoy a spectacular view. 4. Hike trail day: Duration 2 hours On the day walk we will enter the trails of the national park and we will appreciate a great variety of flora and fauna.

Parque Nacional Cahuita has the largest system of Coral Reefs in Costa Rica, including 6 species of coral, a wide range of colorful tropical fishes and the occasional encounter of a harmless reef shark or sting ray. This beach has a horse shoe shape, with the entrance of the park at one end and beautiful Punta Cahuita at the other end. We start with a scenic 20 minutes boat ride to have two snorkeling sessions. Then we get drop off at the Punta to enjoy a nicely presented fruit and snacks break at the beach followed by a 1.5 hour/3.5 kms guided hike in this wonderful coastal forest : monkeys, sloths, birds, iguanas and other interesting encounters are common and complemented with great info from your guide. We will then have breakfast and drive to the Sloth Sanctuary where you will learn about them, their lives, nutrition and anatomy. In addition, a canoe tour through the channels of the Sanctuary where you will see the beautiful nature and animals. An unforgettable experience!

Our tour will take you 2,400 meters of fun and adventure where you will travel the wonderful trails of Nativo, full of flora and fauna. In one of the sections of the aerial route we will have the possibility to make the descent from a platform to the ground with the Tarzan swing. Add another twist to the adrenaline and try our Superman cable, for a little extra!* It will slide for 450 meters at a height of 90 meters, at its highest point, in the same flying position as the famous superhero. We have 6 cables + 1 to perform a test and receive instructions, the platforms are which we launch from one point to another for each cable are 2 platforms in total are 6 cables and 12 platforms where we start and finish each cable.

You will be able to participate in part of the preparation process. Also will learn the details of the traditional way of cooking caribbean meals, and to select fresh ingredients that are locally produced to elaborate this meals.
