2 Hour Swim nearby Dolphin / Seal & Coastal Snorkeling Safari departs from Christmas Cove Marina, Penneshaw. Have the opportunity to swim nearby wild dolphins or seals and snorkel some of KI’s beautiful coastline.  It's a great wildlife watching tour! We provide wetsuits, mask, towels, snorkel, and fins. Arrive at Christmas Cove Marina in Penneshaw 30 minutes prior to departure. You will be fitted into the appropriately sized wetsuit, mask, snorkel, and flippers as well as be provided with a safety brief. Then jump on board our 28 seater vessel in search of the marine life that inhabits the stunning coastline. Seals often become very active which provides a unique snorkeling experience. We are the only operator in South Australia that provides the opportunity to swim nearby the Long-Nosed Seals. Also, have the opportunity to swim alongside dolphins in the wild. The guide will also provide an informative commentary along the way.

The Kayak Tour explores the Dolphin Sanctuary and Ships Graveyard Maritime Heritage Trail, just 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. With over 27 years in Adelaide & the Tourism Industry we have great knowledge about Adelaide and Hahndorf. If you can't see it from the city we will waste are time going there, which may give us more time to visit another area along the way or spend more time in Hahndorf itself. Lifting off from the heli-pad in the Hoffnungsthal Valley, enjoy flying past Lyndoch before tracking along the western ridge of the Barossa to Historic Seppeltsfield. Here you will see vineyards contouring the rolling hills, palm tree studded roads. From there you will fly over Maggie Beer’s farm and the famous Penfold’s Winery before veering along the eastern side of Nuriootpa, around the Wolf Blass winery, and then the view of large limestone quarry near the town of Angaston. A little further on you will get a bird’s eye view of one of the most beautiful horse racing studs in south Australia. As you descend into the valley towards Tanunda, your pilot will point out some of the historic buildings and settlements like Chateau Tanunda and Bethany. Beyond Tanunda is home of Jacobs Creek. From there we take you to the southern end of the Barossa, past Lyndoch, over the Barossa Goldfields and the Whispering Wall (the Barossa reservoir) before finally returning to the Hoffnungsthal Valley.

Departing from the Adelaide CBD or joining in-region, your bus collects you from Stamford Plaza Hotel, 150 North Terrace, Adelaide at 9:30 am, or from Barossa Visitor Centre, 25 Murray Street, Tanunda at 10:50 am. Lifting off from the heli-pad in the Hoffnungsthal Valley, enjoy flying past Lyndoch before tracking along the western ridge of the Barossa to Historic Seppeltsfield. Here you will see vineyards contouring the rolling hills, palm tree studded roads. From there you will fly over Maggie Beer’s farm and the famous Penfold’s Winery before veering along the eastern side of Nuriootpa, around the Wolf Blass winery, and then the view of large limestone quarry near the town of Angaston. A little further on you will get a bird’s eye view of one of the most beautiful horse racing studs in south Australia. As you descend into the valley towards Tanunda, your pilot will point out some of the historic buildings and settlements like Chateau Tanunda and Bethany. Beyond Tanunda is home of Jacobs Creek. Then jump on board our 28 seater vessel in search of the marine life that inhabits the stunning coastline. Seals often become very active which provides a unique snorkeling experience. Arrive at Christmas Cove Marina in Penneshaw 30 minutes prior to departure. You will be fitted into the appropriately sized wetsuit, mask, snorkel, and flippers as well as be provided with a safety brief. Then jump on board our 28 seater vessel in search of the marine life that inhabits the stunning coastline. Seals often become very active which provides a unique snorkeling experience. With over 27 years in Adelaide & the Tourism Industry we have great knowledge about Adelaide and Hahndorf. This is a Narrated Tour and is subject to change as sometimes we have requests to maybe go a longer way thru the Adelaide Hills weather permitting. Sometimes we may skip Mt Lofty. If you can't see it from the city we will waste are time going there, which may give us more time to visit another area along the way or spend more time in Hahndorf itself. Lifting off from the heli-pad in the Hoffnungsthal Valley, enjoy flying past Lyndoch before tracking along the western ridge of the Barossa to Historic Seppeltsfield. Here you will see vineyards contouring the rolling hills, palm tree studded roads. From there you will fly over Maggie Beer’s farm and the famous Penfold’s Winery before veering along the eastern side of Nuriootpa, around the Wolf Blass winery, and then the view of large limestone quarry near the town of Angaston. A little further on you will get a bird’s eye view of one of the most beautiful horse racing studs in south Australia. As you descend into the valley towards Tanunda, your pilot will point out some of the historic buildings and settlements like Chateau Tanunda and Bethany. Beyond Tanunda is home of Jacobs Creek. From there we take you to the southern end of the Barossa, past Lyndoch, over the Barossa Goldfields and the Whispering Wall (the Barossa reservoir) before finally returning to the Hoffnungsthal Valley.
