Perge and Aspendos are the ancient roman sites location 30 and 50 km's away from Antalya gradually. These sites pack astonishing details over history that deserves more than a quick stop by. After departing from our hotel we will drive for approximately 2 hours via the Taurus Mountains to Ağlasun. We will visit the magnificent city of Sagalassos of the Pisidians located at 9000 feet, one of the highest Roman grand cities. The recent excavations have shed light onto some breathtaking colossal sculptures (not visible) and well preserved buildings such as the state agora, fountains, theater, baths, heroon and temples. Lunch will be in Ağlasun village. After lunch we will drive down to Antalya via the Karacaoren reservoir and return to our hotel.
